i love jbm112 3A! i just want to say thank you miss zu for everything you give to us, only ALLAH can pay back all your debt. i will remember all things you have teach us. it nice to have a lecturer like you. ughhhh! i feel so sad right now. good bye~

farewell4~what do you expect in your result?

bel 311? what i expect about my grade, can i get a? i don't know, only GOD KNOW that. i just use all my effort and pray.i know that i was to suck this sem. i skip class many times because i hate to do the work that miss zu gives, i don't know. how about term paper? bella done it much and i do nothing. honestly.but, i have to get a good grade, i want to get dean list every semester and i have a reason why i want it.all the knowledge miss zu gave to me, i promise to use it for my final exam and also apply it in my life!miss zu said, nobody will fail in bel311 and i just want A in my bel311. hopefully i can get it~ cause we get from what we have do.

farewell3~expressing your thoughts via blogging

what do you think of expressing your thoughts feeling via e-diary(blogging)? my answer:

expressing our feeling through blogging is a good way as we know blogging has been famous nowadays especially for teenagers that sometimes too open minded to share about their life or something like that. 30 years ago, people or teenagers preferring book to write and it is we call  diary. the diary only can be read by themselves only and cannot be read by others right and it secret all about. i have make my own diary before, but it seems not working because i was to lazy to write it and have to keep the diary in safe place cause i don't want people know what i wrote.in diary(book) we can write about what we like and don't but e-diary(blogging) we can express our feeling, but we have to know the bounds, if we say something we hate, maybe somebody will hurt. for me, people these day free to write what they want and there is no limit.what else? hah, i think write blog in malay is much easier than write it in english. so people can express their feeling better and at least your english is good so it will be great to write in english. some people shy to share what they feel,, at first i was afraid to do blog because i not a friendly person to share everything about myself, but when i try, it nice. i had read hanis zalikha and also some of my classmate blogs. they were great too in blogging and guess what? they express their feeling well and they know how to cover it.so to me, i think people now choose blogging cause they think we have to flow the time and updated. that's all! that my opinion about this~

farewell 2~what blogging teach you in bel311?

the second question that i have to answer is what does blogging teach you in bel311? my answer:

blogging has teach me how to share the knowledge that we got with others. we got something from someone than we have to share it even we know just a little thing. from blogging i also learn to be a diligent person,, you know we have to always update our blogs. wait, it consists two meaning. first, we update it because we have been asked to do so (bel311) a as student. second, we update it because we want to share about ourselves, or anything that we want people to know (hanis zalikha and maria elena) and maybe it just being as a hobby for them. not only that, blogging also can release our tension, what we want to say about how we feel and it really, really helping! but, for students like us, if we were push to do blog, it just like a burden right, actually too many benefits we can get if we really enjoying do this thing. just like the famous blogger right, they enjoy doing it.waiiit,, actually i not answering the question.hahahahah! in bel 311, like i had said before, i learnt so much. that only my answer to the question. so as conclusion, blogging has teach me to be a kind person by sharing the knowledge  i got~

Farewell~writing skills have improved?

what have you learnt throughout this semester in Bel 311? do you think that your writing skills have improved? my answers:

i learnt so much things that i don't know before. before we talk about knowledge that i got, i want to talk about what that i have learnt about life. miss zu teach us many things, about punctuality, respect your teacher, why we learn something, and many more. sometime i not realise that why i studied this subject, i have learnt it since in standard one but i still do not take incentive to improve myself. i just learn it but i did not apply it in my life, even in my studied, i ease to forget about what i have learnt. i remember miss zu said 'if you not help yourself nobody will help you' it sound something like that and 'we learn not to get A in examination, but use it in your life'. but do you think people will do like this? i mean all of us just study because we have to and to get a good grade right. sometimes we are too much, people give many things to help us but we did not helping ourselves. so ungrateful guys. done,let's talk about what i have learnt in the term of Bel 311. wait, to be honest i am too lazy to study this subject and i always want to skip class but i can't because if i not study i will not get a good grade,, see! we learn for grade not for life, you are ungrateful ita.. change mentality ita. okay! i learn for life cause i want to pay back my mother debt and filial piety to people. okay continue, what else? hurmm,, because of this semester the last semester i learn Bel so i hope i can get a good grade but my behavior not like i will get A.., do you think my grade will good? i don't know, but i still have a time to get what i want. what i want to say is i learnt too many things in Bel311 and i don't know how to tell and expressing it. that my first answer, my second answer is i think my writing skills have been improved a little bit. well, we used to use computer when miss zu asked us to write essay and term paper. it quite hard to people who always procrastinate their work right. same goes to me. my problem is i do know much about vocabulary so it hard to me to write in english. i think in my blog i used to repeat the same word and i want to say it is better even a little bit i have improved than nothing. so in my conclusion it is good for us to write to improve our writing but the problem is do you think students like us will like to write the blog? that what we have answer. if they what to help themselves, they will and vice versa. your teacher know what the best for you and they want to help their students to be better in future. done!

today we have been teaching by the new lecturers,, hahha! no actually miss zu asks twins to explain on how to do discussion essay because only them do this type of essay for term paper.one more thing, miss zu said discussion essay has never come out in final so, hopefully because she also said that this essay is too esay compared to argumentative essay. that right miss zu! i feel like i want to scream out loud when you ask us to do the essay.hurrhh! but this argumentative essay is the famous one that always come out in final. so i have to prepare for it from now.waitt!, good new for all of us! nobody will fail in BEL311 said miss zu, yeahhh! Alhamdulillah. after the twins explain a little bit about the discussion essay, miss zu asks us to do quizzes and commenting blogs. miss zu also asks us to do farewell about blogging and there are three things that we have to write about, the due date until sunday i guess. miss zu also give us past sem final paper to be done and we will discuss it tomorrow night the answers and maybe we will do blog on that night. i feel so sad even today is not the last day for this class because on thursdays night we will have replacement class. i know i am always skip classes but i gonna miss miss zu! argghhh!! last sem learning bel.. i have to get A! or A- or B+. hah,, before that i must change my blog color and font because tyra and bela said they cannot read what i have write. hahaha! okay guys.,, i will change it later. eh,, miss zu also asks us to summit our fail, term paper and also argumentative essay past year question. okay i think that all for today.:(

today we do argumentative essay. miss zu reaches us on how to do it and she said that this essay is the famous question that always be the favorite in the final.so we have to give more attention about this right. argue is about agree or disagree on something we want to discuss. it same like our speaking test that we have to agree or disagree about other opinion. after that, miss zu gives us example on how to do this essay and she also asks us to do it by our own. not like others essay that we did it on group. miss zu want we finished the essay on monday and give it to her. the title is WOMEN ARE BECOMING BOLDER AS WELL AS MORE AGGRESSIVE AND MEN ARE MORE SENSITIVE. support your opinion with reason and examples. everybody do the thesis statement and show it to miss zu, and so am i, but the class is about to ended and miss zu cannot check my thesis statement. nevermind. on this Thursday , my group will do the speaking test, hopefully we do it great. amin.

trial for speaking test

today we do practice for the real speaking test. miss zu told us what time we should attend to do the speaking test on Wednesday and Thursday night. miss zu pick one group to do the practice for today class,, and i hope my group will not should by miss zu but my prediction is wrong and she choose us. ohhh God why?? we did not do the practice because some of my group members go back to their home. dieba doing her video for arab and wasim i don't know. actually we want to do Sunday night, but they still not back to Uitm yet. before we start the speaking trial, miss zu asks us did us done the practice? most of us do not do it and miss zu so angry because she tends to help us but it seems like we don't want to change and help ourselves. sorry miss zu. okay, miss zu gives my group set no 4 that is way to overcome youth nowadays from runaway and homeless. even we did not do the practice but we have find the points before and i don't know i got nervous and my language is so bad. hurrmm! dieba is the first candidate, second is wasim, pyka third and i'm the last candidates. i think we do it not so bad and not to good but miss zu said we did better. how about the marks we get,, in total dieba and me got 14 over 20, pyka 12 and wasim 13. i hope we can do better for the real test amin. tonight we gonna do the practice even our real test on thursday night. this wek, all of us are busy, and we get a lot of tests. so we have to done it faster.we do the practice in class before the class ended and we choose set number 3. miss zu reminds us to do online quizzes and miss zu also pick back the peer and self editing from us,, do you know what,, i not scan or take a pictures on that paper to put it in the blog. hopefully miss zu do not mad at miss. that's all.

replacement class( compare and contrast essay )

Tonight we do compare and contrast essay. Wait, Miss Zu asks us to come on time but we did not. We came about 8.05 p.m and Miss Zu knows already about this. Then, we continue learn about on how to do the essay. The topic that Miss Zu gives to us is desperate housewives and the characters are Bree van de kamp and Lynette scavo. We have to find the similarity and differences about them, we got it,, the similarity is their status and the differences is the way they management their family and their attitude. Compare and contrast essay have 2 pattern which is A and B. Please refer to your text book if you want to know the type. Some of group do pattern A and some do pattern B. My group do pattern A, and we divide the work. Nadiah do the conclusion, Bela do the introduction, Nad do the similarity while me and Tyra do the differences. Before Miss Zu explain to us on how to do the essay,, Miss Zu want us give the draft to her and I forgot to tell. Okay, we also need to do citation and reference in the essay we did. I’m just like blur when to do the reference, thank God Miss Zu teaches me and other even I have to know how to do it already. After we finished it we combine the essay and give to Miss Zu. Before our class end, Miss Zu told us what we will do on next week. She reminds us to update our blog, do commenting, and practice the speaking in the group. Even Miss Zu told us to do so many time, we still do not do it. Hopefully we do it. '-'

preparation for speaking test

Today we do speaking practice for preparation because next week we will start the real speaking test. Miss Zu explains to us on how to do the speaking test on next week. We do practice and Miss Zu divides us into group, at first we want to choose our own group but Miss Zu did not agree with that. Miss Zu choose faiz's group as the example on how the speaking test will going. The title that given to faiz's group is about punctuality among Malaysian. We will give 1 minute to read the question and 5 minutes to write down our points and 20 minutes for discussion. We also provided by Miss Zu  a paper that have a rubric on how we will graded by Miss Zu so we will give mark to faiz's group today. Miss Zu also gives us papers on how to do the speaking test and it like what we can use if we want to interrupt other person about the opinion. Let continue about giving a mark to faiz's group, after the discussion ended, Miss Zu asks us how much the mark we given to them. Most of us give the same mark as Miss Zu giving to them. Miss Zu also comments about them and what we have to do and what not. Before the class end, Miss zu give us 6 set of questions that we have to do during the weekend. Thanks to Miss Zu. Tonight we still have replacement class at sl and we will do compare and contrast essay.

We just continue yesterday work and Miss Zu checks all the papers that she gave to us. After that we need to do peer commenting, we have to change our draft with other people, because mine has been changed with Acap so Miss Zu told me to change it with Zani's group. Bela and me finished already our work but Zani's group still not yet finished their so we have to wait until they finish. Zani's group done editing their draft then we change ours and start commenting. Miss Zu provides us a blue paper that require us to give a mark to other that we comment and cannot tell they the marks we have give. For tomorrow class we will do speaking and for the replacement class we will do writing according to Miss Zu so that why she want us to done this work before tomorrow night. We will do speaking tomorrow evening in class because our speaking test will start next week. Hopefully we can get good grades. Amin. Miss Zu also told us to do our online quizzes this week. I think done all of them except for 10th quiz because it still disable.

Christians believe that Jesus will return, all the believers will go up to heaven, and there will be a great tribulation. Many Internet websites say the world will end on December 2012. As you and I know, the world has not ended yet because I am working on this essay on 2013. So, could it really happen? The truth is, nowadays, very few people believe in the end of the world predictions, preferring to live their lives normally instead of being bothered by such endless predictions. The end of the world has been predicted many times, and none of it becomes true, however, due to the Mayan prophecy, prediction of scientists and the continuous disaster that happened make people started to prepare themselves to confront the doomsday.

      Even though the augury of the doomsday can affect people in many ways, but for its

believers it can make them loss in countless kind of different prospective. Due to the prediction that has been make and the evidence that is being on the news, the believers will definitely wasting many things especially in terms of money and time as to make sure that they are fully prepared if the doomsday come and they will survive from it. Most of people see that 21 December 2012 as the date for the end of the world because the Mayan is the great mathematical and able to predict the future. This statement become stronger as there are many articles and news is publishes in media. In western cultures they strongly convinced about Mayan forecast that the world will stop shortly. (John, 2012 as cited in Braswell, 2012). For example, Deem (2012) states, the Mayan calendar, the "Great Cycle" equates with 5,125.36 years, which began on August 11, 3114 B.C. and ends in 2012. According to “The Mayan Calendar”, (2012), the Long Count on the 13^th baktun, will complete its Great Cycle of the Mayan calendar on 13.0.0.0.0 by comparing it to the modern version of calendar the end of the cycle is match with December 21,2012, 11;11 Universal Time.

It is not only due to the media but when the Mayan people itself speak about it that, “End date” of the Maya calendar, Dec 21, 2012 has been confirmed as a very old Maya text has appeared from the jungles of Guatemala. (Lorenzi, 2012), it is automatically has increase the percentage of its believers. Even though the preppers has raise but there are people who oppose that the day of reckoning will not be happened. Holly (2012) argues that most of public over carry a myth because of they are be short of understanding about the real Mayan foretelling. People are misunderstanding about the Mayan prediction because of the lack of knowledge about the prophecy. It is indeed true that the Mayan calendar is ended in 21 December 2012, but it is only the end of the its calendar’s cycle which after 21 December the Mayan calendar will be 14^th baktun just like the end of the year where after December 2012 there will be January 2013, so the earth will be not be finished so far.

Another provocation which gains humanity attention is the prediction of scientists about unusual phenomenon that happened in outer space. The abnormal situation that happen on the outside of the earth have contribute to  made people become more afraid and believe that the prediction is true as the scientist said about the unstable of solar flares, Planet Nibiru crash and the asteroid collision. Nowadays, the increasing of the radiation energy that shoots the Earth with the solar flare that ruin the power grids and satellites. (Philip, 2012). When the power grids and satellites ruin, the communication system will be the first that been affected and it will a total blackout. Lately the radiation energy from the solar storms has continuously increased and people around the world can feel the heat. Not only the power grids and satellites will be affected but the icebergs at North Pole will melting, as a result from it, the sea level will rise up and the worst it can cause a huge flood which can drown the small countries. Next, according to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) (2012), has verified that on 21 December 2012 the planet Nibiru will collide with earth. What is planet Nibiru? Planet Nibiru is the twelve planet which lies just outside Pluto. This means that there will not be any humanity that can live there because the planet is located far away from the Sun and it’s too cold for human to make as a place to stay. The collision of this planet with Earth happened because of the strong gravitational force that is attracting the Planet Nibiru so it will be a little bit out from its original orbit. As a result of the attracting, the Planet Nibiru or known as Planet X will come over to hit the Earth. A slightly miss of the planet, can watering the earth with the deadly asteroids impacts that come from the planet’s gravitational stir. (Handwerk,2012). Other than that, the asteroid smash is contribute for making people put their fate by believing that the world will be end. Tan and Arman (2012) notes that it was assumed that the dinosaurs was vanished because an asteroid that crush the earth on 65 million years ago. Mohd (2012) indicates that the high speed of the asteroid even the dimension is small, it can wipe out the Earth and it will be able to cause tsunami which can tear down cities if it knocks down in the sea. If these situations is happening, the minimum consequence is only half of the Earth’s land will be gone and the living things will be lost their home.

Other than that, the continuous disasters event which are happened around the world before these have made the believers completely convince on the prediction. The nonstop calamity such as SARS, big flood, tsunami, pandemic and earthquakes that happened previously makes the doomsday preppes make a conclusion that December 21^st is a judgments day. As we know there is various type of tragedy which can bring to death and havoc to the Earth. It is not a new problem but these continuous disasters had already happened before our generation is born into the world. For example, in the 14^th century, 75 million people around the world were killed by the Black Death virus. (Tan & Arman, 2012). Because of the Black Death Virus, millions of human died around the world. On 2003, there is a new kind of fever but this fever can take out the soul of human. Davis (2012) states that the first case of the SARS virus was record in Asia starting from 2002 until mid-year of 2003. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) (2003), 8437 people around the world are infected by the SARS as of July 2003, and 813 pass away during the plague. Park (2012) explained, from the common symptoms that someone is infectious such as fever, cough and hardly to breath, then the SARS pandemic patient will feel muscle aches and chills. The signs of the SARS are same as the ordinary fever so people that have been affected by it do not know that he or she is a SARS’s patient. Followed by the next year which is 2004, people worldwide receive shocking news where the Tsunami had happened and much life is gone. Hoffer (2011) explained, in 2004, the west coast of Indonesia has been strike by an earthquake which scale 9.2-magnitude that has cause a tsunami with waves over 100 feet high happened, not only in Indonesia but also take place not less than 14 countries. The place such as Fiji Island, Pacific Island and the most important is Malaysia will be in danger as the level of the ocean keeps rising. (Mushrifah, 2012 as cited in Tan and Arman).Due to this problem the small country such as Malaysia can be vanished from the Earth forever. Luckily, with the intelligent of people and the newest technology that the world has all these problems can be solved. For example, there is a Tsunami detection buoys that has been created to alarm people if there will be any tsunami and for the illness we can detect our disease in the earlier stage so that we can cure it before it is too late.

To put it briefly, there are a lot of reasons why people believe in this rumor that has been such as hot issue lately. The reasons are not only coming from the scientific approached  that are the prediction of scientists and the natural calamity but it is also come up  together with the ancient prospective which is about the Mayan prophecy. As a people with religion, we should not easily believe in what people said. All the religion that has in this world has thought their believers about the sign of the judgment day so the prediction that has been made is supposedly to be denied as soon as we know about it. For Muslims, as we know that the world is only a temporary place for us to stay and the world after death is the real place that we are going to stay. So the Earth will absolutely end but it must have the sign first which it is already been stated in Al-Quran so we should hold it without any hesitation. Just like what has been acknowledged in Al-Quran, “His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is”, surah yassin line 82. That means if Allah SWT said that the world will end so despite of what happened the world will end.

As usual our class at dewan sri peria, miss zu ask us to bring laptop. Before that, the last group still not doing forum then we continue to it. midah,sara,nadia salihin, and pikah azmi are the people in group 6,but pikah did not come to class because she had period pain. topic that sara's group discuss is about plastic bag, midah as ex minister of china, nadia as housewife and sara is the host.they did a well job just because 3 people in the forum make it look weird and silence. after that, miss zu gives us a paper per group and explain what we have to do. Wait!! before that,, i forgot, miss zu ask to choose which group is the best, the best host, and the best panel,, for me the best group is nad's group, the best host is ika kecik and the best panel is faiz addha. hahahha!
